Authorized Payment Disputes

It is the client’s responsibility to understand all service payments prior to authorization. Refunds are not offered on services rendered. Concerns are addressed through a re-clean, not monetary refunds. If disputing an authorized payment for services that have already been rendered, a dispute resolution fee of $200 will be accrued, in addition to payments originally owed, losses, and attorney or court fees or all other associated expenses. It is the client’s sole responsibility to pay all accrued fees owed.
